" My genuine interest in Family Medicine began during my
clinical rotations in medical school. I was fortunate to be trained
by very knowledgeable and compassionate Family Physicians. I
really admired how they treat their patients beyond the scope of
their ailments. These doctors truly related to their patients.
Considering my own fundamental values and what I find most
rewarding, I knew I had to become a Family Physician."
Board certified in family practice , Dr. Elpedes received his
medical degree from Kansas City University of Medicine and
Biosciences in 1995. He completed his residency at Pacific
Hospital in Long Beach where he was chief resident. As an
osteopathic Physician, Dr. Elpedes is qualified to use
musculoskeletal manipulation to enhance the treatment of his
patients when appropriate and indicated.
Dr. Elpedes is an active family man, who enjoys his time with
his wife and two young daughters. His interests include music,
charcoal portraits and basketball.
